More preparations for our upcoming trip!

Since we are going to Korea and Japan this summer we decided to spend the evening in Japantown in SF. We explored the cute little shops (I got quite excited at the thought of all of the miniature things I will find in Tokyo) and we ate Korean food for dinner. Who knew I would love vegetarian Bibimbap so much!

Is there anything colder than San Francisco in the summer time??? I think not. I needed THREE HOODS to keep myself warm at the game last night. But, Barry Bonds and Fireworks made it all worthwhile... even though the Giants lost the game.

Our next stop... Ohio

It was time for John and Jessica's Ohio reception! Many of Jessica's friends and family didn't make it to Tahoe two weeks ago, so a few of us made the journey to Columbus, Ohio to celebrate with them at a gorgeous restaurant on the river.

Before leaving Philly we had to visit the Cereality at Penn... I mean, come on, my love for the reality of life with cereal freedom goes beyond just Chicago!

i know i know, this blog is way overdue for a couple of cute kitten pictures.

i'm back!

sorry i've been neglecting you dear blog readers. after returning from Tahoe to a home that was going to begin some major construction, things have been quite hectic. i will post pics of the port-a-potty that lives in front of our house soon.

in case you didn't already know/assume this: kittens hate jackhammers.
