New Years Eve

We celebrated the end of 2007 and the beginning of 2008 with our good friends Luis, Lindsay and her brother Mike. We made an amazingly delicious and fancy dinner and then toasted when the clock struck midnight! It was lovely.

What ipod?

"Mom, were you planning to take this ipod with you to the gym??? I'm not sure how, but it has ended up under my butt. Oh well! I guess you have to stay home then!"

Stuart is ONE YEAR OLD

Can you believe that our little baby Stuart is already a year old!? We got him when he was less that 6 weeks old last February and we decided that his birthday was December 28th.

finally home

originally booked home from minneapolis to san jose, got changed to return to oakland, flight was cancelled so we got rerouted to sacramento, missed our connecting flight in chicago waited on standby for san francisco... finally going to bed at home in berkeley. sheesh. winter traveling.

False alarm!

I thought I was doing so well, and then I had a "dry socket" scare... or as some of my good friends like to call it, a "dry hole" scare. But, I was wrong. I just didn't stay on top of my pain meds and had a long day returning to work on Tuesday.

I'll have you all know that my "sockets" are doing just fine. And, the doctor said I could eat whatever I want, I just have to be careful and clean out my "sockets" really well.

Dave's 28th Birthday

We ate dinner at a really yummy place in San Francisco tonight called Farallon to celebrate Dave's birthday. My Bug likes fancy places! It's a seafood restaurant that sort of feels like an aquarium inside. We particularly liked the jellyfish light fixtures.
