muni mice

why are those little brown mice that live near the muni tracks so cute? i was just starring at them tonight and thought, "what brave little suckers, dodging speeding munis, livin the urban mouse life" ...and then i realized i must look special starring down at the track like that. ahhhh, late night muni adventures.

i had a decent day. it got better as it went along. and, it was definitely better than yesterday... sheesh! (side note here: do i say sheesh a lot? i realized that i write sheesh a lot in my blog when i'm telling stories, but i don't think i actually ever say it. strange.) ok, anyways, i went downtown to a weird play with my aunt tonight. i like going to the theater, and i love hanging out with my aunt. so, while the show was entertaining, it wasn't a fabulous play, just alright.

i really really don't want to go to work tomorrow. i have to give presentations at city college and i'm just feeling resistant to it. darn. oh well, i'm just going to numbly go through the motions i guess.

what does it mean when you decide to go to the store to buy more socks because you don't want to have to deal with a load of laundry just for a clean pair of socks? oh yeah, it probably means that you left most of your socks in san diego. SHEESH!
