according to
this article, there are certain foods one can eat to help them fall asleep. i always appreciate little insights like this, although some of them are obvious. and, i always assumed it was just easier to fall asleep with a full belly rather than an empty one in general.

wait one sneaky minute here, oatmeal, bananas, flaxseed, almonds?? These are all things I start my day off with! Am I dooming myself to a lazy, lackadaisical (health-food)drug induced stupor throughout the day??
