That is a rough opinion to have, especially living in the US since the 1970's. Perhaps that quote should be taken to our law makers as they argue out the logistics of the farm bill this week.
or perhaps we should all use this excuse when asked why we don't eat corn on passover... when it's clearly a non-glutenous grain and should be totally ok to eat.
