Anyway, after the conference ended a gang of mathematicians and I (the usual crew) went on a dinner adventure. We were taken to a place where they put a pot of bubbling hot goodness in front of you and you drop stuff in to cook it yourself. Sort of like fondue, but not really.
It was exciting when the mushrooms went in, but I stopped partaking in the festivities when the live shrimp, pork neck, fish heads, raw beef and duck's blood went in. Thank god for Ma Po Tofu!!!
