I had to do something!
The lack of cupcakes in this country is killing me people. So, I decided to make some of my own last night. Yes, that is a shake-n-pour you see in the background. I decided to start basic, but I'm sure the longer we're here the more creative I will have to get because I'll be missing cupcakes like crazy. Next time I'll need to hunt down some frosting too.

Frosting is suuuper easy! get yourself an entire box of powdered sugar and some cream cheese and you will be cruisin, cupcake style!
