RIP Macbook

Today I said goodbye to my Macbook. Suddenly on Wednesday night my hard drive started making an awful sound, then, my computer wouldn't boot up and all I saw was a blinking folder with a question mark. Basically, my hard drive died. I was told these things just happen. Unfortunately for me I had gotten lazy with backing up my data and had not done so since Thanksgiving. I lost everything on my hard drive... school work and every picture I've taken since we moved to Amsterdam were the biggest losses. When my computer returns (should be in 10 working days) it will have a brand new hard drive. "New soul, same old body," I call it.
