This is what our wedding cake may have looked like!This is a "cake" made out of cheese! And, not just any old cheese, but the famous Humboldt Fog cheese made by Cypress Grove. It is so famous that in addition to people sculpting wedding cakes out of it, it has its own wikipedia page. And of course it's super yummy.

I love cheese....but that's a lot of cheese! Imagine if someone took a bit actually thinking that it was cake - haha! : )
