One of our favorite places to eat in Amsterdam was Maoz, an amazing falafel place. We decided to hunt one down in New York so we could relive some happy Holland memories.
You know I hear many people say that and shame on me: I've never gone and got a falafel there! I shall do so soon :-) I miss you - hopefully the trip in May is still on. Lots of hugs!
Yep, it will be on Telegraph Ave. We learned about it last summer and went to scout out the site when we visited in August. I checked it last month and it still was under construction!

They are opening up a Maoz in Berkeley soon! I can't remember where I saw it, but I think it was along Telegraph...
