Too Much Information
I love the NYTimes, but they are hardly ever on the cutting edge. In fact, if it's in the NYTimes, it's more likely to be almost over, trendwise, but I don't think that applies to food documenting :)
I'm surprised this wasn't in the Sunday Styles section, which is world-reknowned for spotting bogus trends.
