today i found a restaurant called hoi tin. this chinese food is totally legit, people! it reminds me of home. i'm a happy happy camper over here in amsterdam.

That looks like a hot mess of tofu, what sort of sauce is the tofu soaked in!?
this is just your standard ma po tofu with no pork. it was so good. ma po tofu is my standard thing, and let this be an example of how it's done right! : )
